Golden Yogi - is for men or women of all ages and can be done either on a mat or sitting in a chair. This type of yoga is beneficial to help gain flexibility and for people ailing from:
- arthritis
- chronic pain
- stiffness
Hatha Yoga - is an introduction to Yoga for men and women of all ages. Hatha Yoga will focus on:
- flexibility
- strenghting
- stress relief
Classes are Thursdays at 6:30pm; Saturdays at 8:00am; and Sundays at 11:30am.
